Refund policy

Items purchased directly on our website are required to be returned within 7 days from their delivery date for a credit note. Items purchased on sale are final and we do not offer refunds. 

We do not exchange. If you would like an alternate product, please place a new order. 

Please note return shipping is at your expense. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased item will not be refunded. Hunter & Franklin is not responsible for any theft or loss during return transport, so we recommend you use a trackable service. 

We are only able to accept returned items if they are in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 business days for your credit note to be processed. You will receive your credit note via email. 

Please check your order upon arrival in the unlikely event you receive an item with a defect, please email us on hello@hunterandfranklin.com including a photo and a brief description within 7 days of delivery. 

If you have received an item different to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
